The outer fabric is made of soft polyester with a soft-touch finish. It also offers the best possible freedom of movement thanks to its stretch content. The outer appearance and cut of the jacket are classic. Corduroy has been added to the inside of the collar. This emphasises the appealing look and ensures a pleasant feel against the neck.
The attached hood can be stowed inside the collar in a few simple steps. It can be adjusted in all directions using a Velcro fastener and an elasticated drawstring. The width of the jacket can be adjusted at the hem and waist using an elasticated drawstring. A Velcro fastener is attached to the cuffs to adjust the width.
The Härkila Orton Tech HWS hunting jacket has a wide range of functional pockets. The jacket has two Napoleon pockets, for example, which keep your hands cosy and protected from the cold for longer periods of time. A strap has also been attached to the Napoleon pockets to secure the flap of the spacious front pockets. This ensures optimum access to the front pockets, for example for quick reloading when duck hunting. The front pockets also have a hole at the bottom which drains water from above when the pockets are open.
A spacious pocket for documents and similar items has been attached to the inside pocket. The contents can be secured with a button. Another inside pocket with a zip has been attached behind the wind flap.
