With its 9.6 kg and the 3 feet, the fire pot can be positioned particularly stably in the campfire. Thanks to the cast iron, the heat is optimally distributed and stored. The seasoned finish ensures that the pot does not need to be burnt in first, as was the case in the past; it can therefore be used immediately.
In the hunting ground or at the campfire at home, the Petromax Feuertopf 9 Dutch Oven can be used on an open fire or with charcoal. A higher rim in the lid also allows the fire pot to be covered with embers or charcoal. This type of even heat supply from all sides also makes it suitable for baking bread.
A robust handle enables the fire pot to be handled safely. Thanks to the built-in thermometer feed-through, the temperature can be checked without having to lift the lid. The lid also has 3 stable feet and can be used upside down as a pan to fry delicious bacon or even to bake pizza.
