Description
The Hubertus snipe decoy made of lacquered wood perfectly imitates the natural call of the snipe. Depending on the intensity of the airflow, passing snipes can be charmed nearby or distant birds can be attracted.
The two-syllable"Puitzen", used by both sexes, is produced by taking the call into the mouth and jerkily expelling air or sucking it in again. To make the sharp ending of the last syllable authentic, the actual mouthpiece is closed abruptly with the tongue.
