The "Running Rabbit" dummy from Mystique is designed to simulate a fleeing rabbit in full motion. The dog is supposed to develop steadiness and learn not to be distracted from its task.
The dummy works very simply: You simply drill the ground anchor into the ground. One end of the 10 m long rubber rope is attached directly to the anchor. The other end is attached to the dummy. If you now pull on the dummy and let it go again, the dummy "dashes" flat across the ground like a real fleeing rabbit. The movement automatically awakens the dog's hunting instinct.
The dummy can be used to train several qualities at once, such as obedience, steadiness and concentration. On the one hand, the dog should remain lying down when it is put down. He must not follow any game without a command. This can be trained very well with the Running Rabbit Dummy.
